I booked the birds of prey experience for my husband. We were greeted by Lily who introduced us to the birds. Lily was a fountain of knowledge with the birds. It was an amazing experience holding and flying Chaos the burrowing owl & the American kestrel inside. We went outside to fly the Harris hawk which was an amazing experience. Thank you Lily for a wonderful morning. Good luck with your move & venture to Wales.

Thought it was a bit pricey. When we went, there weren't the variety of animals we were expecting to see, maybe because it was a second visit for us. The place was packed out. Can see that the staff try their best. I get the feeling the place could do with renovation and better quality play facilities. A shame really, as it has lots of potential but it must be run on a shoe string budget.

I think the farm is a beautiful place with lots of things to do but going into the museum and viewing the reptiles, my heart broke.
The axolotl is in a tank that has no filter, the pump isn’t in operation and it’s heartbreaking to watch it swim back and forth smashing its head into the glass sides.
The reptiles had no heat lamps on and just because these lovely babies don’t get the attention they deserve it appears they’ve been ignored compared to the other farmyard animals.
Would love to come back here and see them healthy and content.

We held my son’s birthday party with you today and it exceeded all expectations. We had the Farm party - fantastic. Trailer ride, loads of animal experiences, fab lunchboxes and the hosts were so great - Xander and Scarlett - gems you will be lucky to have host your child’s party. Would add an extra star if I could! Thank you!

First time we was told that you can feed baby lambs that y we went but wasn't allowed so very disappointed it's very expensive to get in as few animals £18.50 child bit overpriced had five kids with us

Great place to visit with the kids, my son absolutely loved it. It’s very reasonably priced and you receive a discount when booking online in advance. There is so much to see and do so it’s a Great value for money day out. We actually ran out of time to see everything so will be back soon. We recommend catching the birds of prey presentation!

Spur of the moment booking for me and my grandbabies to meet the baby lambs in half term. Was more than surprised with all the activities and animals that you can interact with. I thought I’d be here and hour or so but stayed till latest afternoon. Fun, memorable day and excellent value for money. And great for all ages. A true gem in Essex. 🫶🏼

We took our granddaughter who is 4, during term time, very quiet , she loved feeding the animals , went on a tractor ride; they have little tractors for the children to peddle about on, had lunch outside of the farm which was delicious, highly recommend

Used to come here all the time as a child, first time returning as an adult and still enjoyed it just as much. Loved the personal nostalgia and really liked seeing all the animals and historic vehicles in the museum section.

Very overpriced just to see curtain animals, women’s toilet had piss everywhere.. you’ll have to get mortgage out for something to eat, play area is filthy… just not worth the price and time.

Very good staff and management. Came for some fruit and a few other bits but didn't have any.
It is a shame they don't do deliveries for more into essex like braintree area as I would order all the time if they did. Luckily there is a bus route on the doorstep which is a bonus.

Had a lovely day out with my grandson. Our ticket allowed us re-entry so we popped out for lunch. There was lots to keep him, and me amused for both visits. The staff were all happy to talk about the animals in their care and interspersed between the animals were activities and play areas - a really good mix. There was certainly enough to amuse a very lively 3 year old. Bags of food are available to buy from reception too which added to our enjoyment of our day.
